Study on the comprehensive evaluation model of power quality based on the connection number radar chart method

How to determine the weight of indexes and select the evaluation method has always been the focus of the power quality assessment. Regarding the deficiency of radar chart method in processing massive measurement data of power quality, the comprehensive evaluation model of power quality based on the connection number radar chart(CNRC) is developed. In this method, statistical analysis is performed on the large sample data obtained after the normalization treatment. Furthermore, the statistical features of sample data are constructed to binary connection number(BCN) by using set pair theory. The distribution rules about the modulus and argument of the connection number on the radar chart are given, and the area and perimeter of sector drawn by the connection number are taken as the evaluation function to realize the ranking of the power quality in various test positions. Finally, a numerical example is employed to substantiate the feasibility and advantage of the presented method.
