Identification of Projectile and Arrow Aerodynamic Parameters Based on NSGA-II Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm

The aerodynamic parameters of projectile and arrow are one of the essential contents in the calculation of modern outer trajectory design. The aerodynamic parameters table can greatly improve the calculation accuracy of trajectory instead of the traditional shape function. The identification method of transmission aerodynamic parameters focuses on solving the aerodynamic parameters at each point in the trajectory time history, and the aerodynamic parameters in the actual trajectory calculation are obtained through interpolation, which leads to the redundancy of the traditional parameter identification data. In this paper, based on genetic algorithm, a calculation method is designed to directly extract the aerodynamic parameter table from the trajectory data, which improves the efficiency of obtaining aerodynamic parameters. In addition, in view of the low identification efficiency of traditional genetic algorithm, NSGA-II is cleverly combined with the introduction of elite strategy through fast non-dominated sorting and congestion comparison operator. This calculation method can greatly improve the acquisition efficiency of aerodynamic parameters. If ballistic test data is used as the extraction object of aerodynamic parameters, Its accuracy is more accurate than the aerodynamic parameters obtained by wind tunnel or numerical calculation, and it has practical value to improve the accuracy of ballistic calculation in fire control system.
