Discrete-Time Based Adaptive Event-Triggered Control for Multi-Machine Power Systems

This paper presents an optimized control strategy for power systems with SVCs using event-triggered adaptive dynamic surface control. This method reduces unnecessary data transmission by activating controls only when significant state changes occur, thus alleviating network congestion and improving system performance without compromising stability. Proven effective through analysis and simulations, this approach addresses communication bottlenecks in power system control efficiently.
