Design and Implementation of Power Supply Service Grid Cloud Telephone System Based on IMS and CTI Technology

In current power supply services, traditional telephone systems face problems of low communication efficiency and delayed information transmission, especially in emergency response and customer service, which urgently need improvement. This article aims to design and implement an efficient power supply service grid cloud telephone system based on IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) and CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) technologies, in order to enhance the intelligence and response speed of power supply services. The research method includes first analyzing the existing power supply service process, clarifying the communication requirements of each link, then designing the system architecture, integrating IMS and CTI technologies, and implementing call management, automatic voice response, and data processing functions. The specific steps include requirement analysis, system design, module development, and integration testing. The experimental results show that the system reduces the average waiting time of customers to 1.5 minutes in practical applications, which is 62.5% more efficient than the traditional system's 4 minutes; at the same time, the system's connection rate has increased to 95%, while the traditional system's connection rate is 84%. The conclusion indicates that the power supply service grid cloud telephone system based on IMS and CTI technology can significantly improve the efficiency and responsiveness of power supply services, providing effective support for the development of future smart grids.
