Design of automatic sorting mobile robot based on SolidWorks

The purpose of this study is to design an automatic sorting mobile robot based on SolidWorks software. With the improvement of intelligence, automatic sorting mobile robot has become the key technology to liberate the traditional labor force and improve the sorting efficiency. This paper first analyzes the development of automatic sorting mobile robots at home and abroad, and then selects each module of the robot for design. Using the 3D modeling function of Solidworks, combined with the existing robot model library, the mechanical structure of the robot is designed. Finally, the specific design of the automatic sorting mobile robot is realized by assembling the vex V5 controller kit and the metal structure. This research will provide practical design and technical support for the further development of automated material sorting.
