Division of Responsibility for Multi-harmonic Sources Considering Background Harmonic

The new power system is characterized by “double-high”, and grid harmonics tend to be complex and diversified. The joint action of multi-harmonic sources aggravates the harmonic pollution. Meanwhile, under the change of background harmonic impedance and the fluctuation of voltage, the traditional responsibility division method is difficult to be applied. On the basis of this, the paper proposes the datadriven multi-harmonic sources responsibility division method considering background harmonics. Firstly, harmonic source (HS) operation data at the Point of Common Coupling (PCC) are collected to construct a sample dataset. Secondly, the multiharmonic source responsibility division model is constructed by considering background harmonics. Finally, considering the problem that statistical data cannot reflect the timing characteristics, this paper uses interval data instead of statistical data. The multi-harmonic source interval harmonic responsibility model is constructed. The result shows that interval data can effectively reduce the impact of HS fluctuation on division of responsibility compared to statistical data.
