The result of this study indicates that HRM in business needs to multitask to reduce workloads by utilizing technology and artificial intelligence. AI increases the efficacy of an organization’s HR department and provides solutions to problems. This study has provided a detailed analysis of AI and HRM research, which can help HR managers formulate strategies regarding the use of AI to successfully achieve organizational goals.
