This project proposes an innovative approach to home automation that integrates gesture-based control with advanced biometric and RFID authentication, significantly enhancing both user experience and security within smart living spaces. The core motivation driving this initiative is to develop a system that not only reacts to natural human gestures but also provides stringent access control for optimal security. Traditional home automation systems rely on manual switches or mobile applications, which often fail to meet the immediacy and sophistication demanded by modern users. Gesture control, enabled by state-of-the-art technologies such as Media Pipe and Raspberry Pi, introduces a more intuitive, engaging, and efficient method for managing home appliances.
