A Consensus Random-Coupled Growth Network with Secure Blockchain Storage in Healthcare Applications

The deployment of new technology in healthcare enhances service quality but also raises security issues because sensitive data is constantly sent over insecure networks. Better operational efficiency comes with a trade-off: a greater vulnerability to hacks that endanger patient safety. A novel strategy called Blockchain Consensus Decision-Making Random-coupled GroNet (BCDMRCGN) has been created for safe information exchange in healthcare systems. To ensure data security and integrity, the first stage in this plan is to adopt Blockchain Consensus Decision-Making with Proof of Authority (BCDPA). A Random-coupled GroNet (RCGN) is then constructed for anomaly detection within the healthcare network using the validated data. When analyzed using key performance metrics like recall, accuracy, precision, F1-score, and execution time on ToN-IoT dataset, the approach shows superior results with an F1-score of 98.6%, accuracy of 98.8%, precision of 98.5%, and recall of 98.5%, executed in just 0.09 seconds for 100 transactions.
