Integrating a Small-Scale Adaptive Solar Drying Systems with Nichrome Wire for Processing Dried Moro-Moro Fish

This study evaluates a small-scale adaptive solar drying system using nichrome wire to enhance the drying process for Moro-moro fish. The nichrome wire's rapid heating accelerates drying, reduces exposure to pests, and mitigates issues like climate variations and uneven drying. Although mechanical dryers exist, their high costs and limited efficiency restrict use. This adaptable system provides a sustainable and effective method of preserving fish by optimizing drying through steady heat and moisture control.
