Reliability Analysis of Transformer Busbar Considering Atmospheric Corrosion Effects

With the continuous development and expansion of the power system, the transformer as an important part of it, its stability and reliability is crucial to the operation of the entire power system. Transformer bus plate corrosion of the main types of stray current corrosion, electric coupling corrosion, profitability corrosion and atmospheric corrosion, etc., corrosion of the transmission line part of the structural stability, reliability will be affected. Transformer bus plate atmospheric corrosion is a very complex by all kinds of pollutants in the atmosphere, all kinds of chemical or electrochemical reaction process, but the current power system metal materials in the transformer bus plate atmospheric corrosion simulation is relatively blank. This paper builds and analyzes the thermodynamic evolution of wet air in the electronic box when the heat generating equipment is exposed to condensing conditions. Secondly, the transformer bus plate in the atmospheric corrosion field model and simulation, obtained in the simulation model of the current density and the transformer bus plate components of various types of potential changes in the data, on this basis for closer to the real corrosion conditions so as to further accurate corrosion model, and finally the article innovatively put forward to build the equivalent heating equipment exposed to condensing conditions in the simulation model to get the data and then apply it to the Atmospheric corrosion modeling. Considering the effect of condensation in the atmospheric corrosion effect of the transformer busbar plate will inevitably upgrade the original corrosion simulation research means, for the future understanding and study of atmospheric corrosion of the transformer busbar plate to provide a new consideration.
