Abstract:
This study investigates the factors influencing Generation Z's interest in utilizing Sharia fintech in Banda Aceh. It explores perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and perceived security, emphasizing their roles in driving engagement with Sharia-compliant financial services. The results reveal that ease of use significantly affects interest in Sharia fintech, as younger users prioritize user-friendly interfaces and seamless navigation. Additionally, the perceived benefits, including ethical considerations and interest-free transactions, resonate with Generation Z's values, enhancing their engagement with Sharia fintech. Perceived security also plays a crucial role, as trust in data protection and secure transactions is vital for encouraging adoption among tech-savvy users. These findings provide valuable insights for fintech developers and Islamic financial institutions to create appealing Sharia fintech solutions tailored to the needs of Generation Z. Understanding these factors can lead to improved marketing strategies and product development, ultimately enhancing the adoption of Sharia fintech in the region.
