Literature Review of Digital Transformation on Banking: Corporate Perspective

This research focus on discussing the extent of the impact of digital transformation on the performance of the banking industry in corporate area. In addition, this research will contribute to describing the development of digital transformation occurring in the banking industry and future research directions. This research uses a bibliometric approach to identify and map research trends in the latest era using PRISMA diagrams and VOS viewer. This research contributes to a clear measuring tool for digital transformation using the Index of Digital Transformation. Our findings also show that there is a research gap that exists between several studies that form the basis, so that in the future these variables can be tested for the development of new research models. Future research directions show that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), credit risk, agency costs, and industrial banking factors can be developed as main considerations.
