Electromagnetic Interference Characteristics of Transformer Partial Discharge Detection Under Factory Test Environment and Anti-Interference Methods

Transformers play an important role in power transmission and transformation systems and are key equipment in power systems. Partial discharge detection is an effective means to ensure their safe and stable operation. Transformer factory testing is an important means to ensure the quality, performance and safety of transformers, and can detect potential defects. In the factory test environment, there are switchgear, communication equipment and various partial discharge detection equipment, which will generate a large amount of electromagnetic interference, seriously affecting the normal operation of the partial discharge detection device. Based on the detection results of single-ended TEV sensors and high-frequency CTs, this paper studies the electromagnetic interference characteristics and detection and anti-interference methods in the factory test environment. In the case of setting defects, the detected partial discharge signals are processed by time-frequency clustering and amplitude ratio clustering. The results show that the two clustering methods have good interference suppression effects.
