Research on Virtual Simulation Disassembly and Assembly Technology for Water Turbine Units

In order to solve the problems of complex and difficult to understand the equipment structure, numerous inspection and maintenance steps, and difficult to understand the operation procedures in the hydropower station, this paper uses virtual simulation technology to study the virtual disassembly and assembly technology of the typical equipment turbine units in the hydropower station, accurately models the equipment through SolidWorks and 3dsmax, and builds the scene and develops the interactive logic based on the Unity3d platform, and matches the disassembly script and the model based on the object-oriented and model-oriented method. The model is corresponded to the step sequence, and the basic logic of model disassembly and assembly is formed by using this relationship, and then a complete set of virtual simulation disassembly and assembly system of hydraulic turbine unit is finally formed by using collision detection, free roaming and other functions.
