Integration of Human Localization into Augmented Reality Applications

This paper explores the integration of ultra-wideband (UWB) technology for enhancing human localization in augmented reality (AR) applications. As AR becomes increasingly relevant across various fields, ensuring precise and reliable real-time positioning is essential. We investigate UWB's potential to improve localization in AR by evaluating its accuracy through a practical use case. The paper provides an overview of existing UWB localization systems, discusses their limitations, and then outlines the design, implementation, and evaluation of our proposed solution.
