Bone Fracture Detection Using Python

This research paper describes a novel approach to automating bone fracture detection with Python and deep learning algorithms. To identify and locate fractures in different bones, we used a convolutional neural network (CNN) model trained on an enormous dataset of X-ray pictures. The model architecture, built with TensorFlow and Keras, comprises many convolutional layers followed by max-pooling and dense layers. Data augmentation approaches were used to improve the model's generalization ability. Our findings show that this Python-based system can help radiologists identify bone fractures more rapidly and reliably and predict the healing time of a fracture based on patient information and the fracture's characteristics, thereby lowering diagnostic errors and enhancing patient care in clinical settings.
