A High-sensitivity and High-Q Microwave Sensor Based on H-shaped Fractal Metasurface

This paper proposes a H-shaped fractal metasurface, which exhibits three Resonant absorption peaks. The performance of the microwave sensor is simulated with the different solid substances used as sensing objects, and the results show that the sensor has a good sensitivity. Then, the designed $\mathbf{H}$- shaped fractal metasurface sensor is manufactured and measured to verify its reliability in sensing.
