A wide-band large-angle scanning antenna array

This paper proposes a wideband tightly coupled array antenna, operating in the 2 GHz to 6 GHz range. The antenna is a $1 \times 14$ element array with an overall dimension of $125.8 \mathrm{~mm} \times 350 \mathrm{~mm} \times 72 \mathrm{~mm}$. Each antenna element adopts a opposite-plantar Vivaldi antenna form, with each element fed by a two-way microstrip line power divider network. The results show that the antenna achieves a maximum gain of over 10 dBi when scanning up to 60° ranging from 2 to $6 \mathbf{G H z}$.
