Agroprobe: Integrated NPK And Moisture Content Analyzer

In this paper an smart device for farmers is been proposed, which is an initiation toward technology in Agriculture. The proposed AGROPROBE focuses on innovating the way soil monitoring is done with the use of a sensor system based on Raspberry Pi Pico W, which can provide necessary details on soil, such as moisture content and NPK (Nitrogen, Phosporous and Potassium) values. The data is uploaded to the thing speak cloud for analysis and prediction using Machine Learning (ML) model. In this paper seven ML model were compared to offer insightful predictions in soil management. The proposed model solves the farmer efforts instead reaching irrigation office, directly using proposed agroprobe, which recommends the suitable crop based on soil type. In this paper black soil samples were tested and crop is been recommended using ML model.
