Computer Modeling of Optimal Chemical Composition of Polymer Epoxy Composites for Electromagnetic Radiation Absorbing

The purpose of the research is modeling of optimal composition of polymer epoxy composites for electromagnetic radiation absorbing with increased set of strength properties. The tasks of the research are to identify the optimal chemical composition of polymer epoxy composites for electromagnetic radiation absorbing and to build models for forecasting their characteristics. The object of the research is modified epoxy resin, barium titanate and humic substances, the subject of research - computer modeling processes of optimal chemical composition of polymer epoxy composites for electromagnetic radiation absorbing. The research method is computer simulation in MathCad Prime 6.0. Models for forecasting the performance properties of polymer epoxy composites for electromagnetic radiation absorbing were built, which can be adapted to any content of barium titanate and humic substances. It was established that the best is polymer epoxy composites for electromagnetic radiation absorbing with 0.5 % mas. of humic substances and 10 % mas. barium titanate. For this composition the impact strength is 35 MPa and breaking stress during bending is 54 MPa.
