Introduction
Emerging technologies like the Internet of Things, high-speed communications for 6G or beyond, and millimeter- or submillimeter-wave radars need high-frequency system designs, which include different functional parts such as LNAs, power amplifiers, and mixers. To create an economical system, Gordon Moore [1] proposed that separate functional parts need to be well packaged and connected, which therefore requires small, low-cost, easily fabricated interconnect technologies.
