An Information System Analysis and Design of Monitoring and Evaluation for Productive Credit Distribution at PT. Bank XYZ

Monitoring and evaluations aspects are very important for banks and related with the three main functions of bank as agent of trust, agent of development, and agent of service. PT Bank XYZ has problems in monitoring report process and evaluation on productive credit distribution is still manually, report action plan monitoring system from credit analysis still using paper form, recommendation process from head office has not been documented and action plan scheduling by credit analysis still uses whatsapp. The purposes of this research are to design a productive credit distribution dashboard system, reporting system for credit collecting process, headquarter recommendation feature, and feature of credit action plan for collecting activity. The scope of this research only focuses on analysis and design, for the implementation and deployment step not included in this research. Analysis method used is waterfall model method and design method used in this research is UML diagram. The result of this research is the availability of credit distribution information in executive dashboard, reporting system that provides activities by credit analysis during visits to customers, the availability of recommendation delivery regarding productive credit handling by head office and assist the scheduling process of action plan regarding the recommendation.
