Design of Drinking Water Bucket Handling Workstation Based on ABB Industrial Robot

After the improvement of people's quality of life, the demand for bottled water is also increasing. However, the manual handling of bottled water from production lines to pallets is mainly inefficient, labor-intensive, and prone to accidents. The research and application of the water bucket handling workstation is of great significance, as it can not only significantly improve efficiency, but also achieve automation and continuity in production. This design constructed a bucket water handling robot workstation, analyzed the handling objects, designed the workstation layout, end effectors, etc. Using RobotStudio's smart component for simulation verification, the results show that the system is feasible and has good prospects for use and promotion value.
