Research and Application of an Improved RCM Method in Intelligent Operation and Maintenance of Train Control System

In order to solve the problem that the traditional reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) analysis is too difficult and the cycle is too long, this paper puts forward an improved RCM method which is suitable for the characteristics of the train control system of rail transit. This method identifies the RCM analysis object through the field data, and clearly analyzes the pattern of the failures with time of the object based on the principle of reliability statistics. Based on this method, this paper analyzes the operation control system of a certain type of urban rail transit train, gives the life prediction method of typical components used in it, and puts forward the preventive maintenance strategy of the control system, which can be used as a credible input for the intelligent operation and maintenance of the control system.
