Application of Highly Accelerated Life Test Technology in Fully Electronic Interlocking Controller in Rail Transit

In recent years, with the continuous development of electronic technology, rail transit equipment has been constantly updated, especially signal control systems, which have fully entered the era of all-electronic technology. All-electronic technology has achieved good application results in many fields such as rail transit, providing good technical support for the development of China's rail transit industry. Products using all-electronic technology require high reliability and rapid development and verification. Highly accelerated life test (HALT) is an efficient reliability tool that fully exposes the potential defects of products by simulating high-stress environments, thereby improving the reliability level of products. This paper takes a certain type of safety controller in all-electronic interlocking as the research object, conducts HALT in the product R&D phase, and significantly improves the reliability of the product by improving the defects found, achieving good application results.
