Optimization and Implementation of Intelligent Scheduling Algorithms in the Civil Aviation Supply Chain

The aviation industry faces increasingly complex scheduling challenges, necessitating intelligent solutions. To address this need, an intelligent scheduling system based on artificial intelligence has been designed and implemented. This system integrates deep learning and reinforcement learning algorithms to achieve intelligent scheduling of flights, crews, and slots. In actual operation, the system improved the on-time performance of flights from 76.3% to 89.5% and increased resource utilization by 23.7%. Economic benefit analysis shows that the system generates an annual benefit of 2.052 billion yuan, with a return on investment of 1610%. This achievement not only optimizes aviation operation management but also provides passengers with a better travel experience, significantly contributing to the intelligent development of the aviation industry.
