Comparative Analysis of Different Calibration Plate Experiments of Percutaneous Jaundice Meters Based on the Origin Software

Origin is a powerful data analysis and processing and scientific mapping software, which plays an important role in scientific research. This paper introduces the working principle of the percutaneous jaundice meters. Through the cross test of five different percutaneous jaundice meters with their own calibration plates, the calibration results were analyzed and observed by Origin software, and the experimental data are linearly fitted and plotted. The results showed that the measured values of the manufacturer's own calibration plate are in good agreement with the nominal values. When different brands of jaundice meters measured the same calibration plate, the differences between the measured value and the nominal value of the calibration plates were statistically significant (α=0.05, P ≦ 0.05).When measuring different human skins, the differences between different jaundice meters were small. The experiment shows that using Origin software to process experimental data is simple, fast and intuitive, which avoids the error caused by human factors and can provide some help in data analysis.
