Research on the Automatic Loading and Unloading Control Technology of Industrial Robots

The combination application of vertical machining centers, CNC lathes, and FANUC industrial robots has significantly improved the efficiency of CNC machining on the motor casing processing production line. Designed automatic loading and unloading mechanisms for robots and automatic stacking mechanisms for processed products, analyzed the I/O interface applications and CC-LINK bus connections of FANUC industrial robots, PLC, and CNC machine tools.
