Enhancing Sentiment Analysis Accuracy with Reinforcement Learning: The ReinforceSentOpt Model

This paper introduces ReinforceSentOpt, an innovative sentiment analysis algorithm leveraging reinforcement learning to enhance the accuracy of large models. In the era of pervasive social media and user-generated content, accurately capturing sentiment is crucial for businesses and governments. However, traditional methods often struggle with efficiency and adaptability. By framing sentiment analysis as a reinforcement learning problem, ReinforceSentOpt dynamically adjusts model parameters based on performance feedback, improving its capability to handle complex and nuanced emotional expressions. Extensive experiments on benchmark datasets—including Sentiment140, IMDB, and Amazon Product Reviews—demonstrate that ReinforceSentOpt outperforms state-of-the-art models in both classification accuracy and computational efficiency. The results indicate significant reductions in training time and model size, making it feasible for deployment in resource-limited environments. This work not only provides a robust solution for sentiment analysis but also lays the groundwork for future research in multilingual applications and further optimization strategies, enhancing the model’s versatility in real-world scenarios.
