Research on the Structural Design of Collaborative Robot Based on Matlab

As a type of robot capable of human-machine collaboration within a certain space, collaborative robots, compared to traditional industrial robots, possess safety and flexibility, being adaptable to various environments and tasks. They find extensive applications in industries such as healthcare, logistics, and education. This article focuses on modular joint design, selecting servo motors and reducers through calculations based on market demands and robot design principles, to complete the design of the robot's arms, joint housings, and flanges. Finite element analysis of the robot's main parts is conducted to ensure the structural reliability of the collaborative robot. Subsequently, based on the robot's structural design, kinematic analysis is performed using D-H parameters to analyze forward and inverse kinematics, examining parameter variations of each joint during motion and validating the correctness of the robot's kinematics.
