AGRIBOT:A Mobile Sensing Robot for Nutrient and Moisture Concentration of Soil

Modernizing agricultural technologies and processes is critical for improving efficiency and crop productivity in developing countries, such as India. One approach is to create an automated, intelligent Agri-IoT system that uses a micro-controller (Arduino UNO), an NPK sensor, and a soil moisture sensor to monitor soil nutrients like nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), and moisture levels, as well as a water pump. The Bluetooth-controlled device traverses the field, gathering sensor data and transmitting it to the microcontroller. The microcontroller then controls a water pump to irrigate the soil if needed and sends an SMS alert to the farmer via a GSM module. A rechargeable battery powers the robot module. The sensor module and microcontroller are the central points of the Agri-IoT system.
