Design of a Signal Detection and Conditioning Circuit for an Inductive Oil Debris Sensor Based on Phase-Sensitive Detection

The monitoring of oil debris is crucial for equipment health management. However, the weak signals from inductive sensors are susceptible to noise interference, affecting detection accuracy. To address this issue, this paper presents the design of a signal detection and conditioning circuit based on phase-sensitive detection. By employing lock-in amplification technology, the circuit effectively separates signals from noise, achieving high-precision signal extraction. The circuit comprises modules for amplification, phase-sensitive detection, and filtering. Experimental results demonstrate that this design outperforms traditional methods in enhancing signal-to-noise ratio and anti-interference capability, improving the sensitivity and stability of the sensor.
