This paper primarily constructs a modular and flexible production management and control system aimed at the automated welding requirements of different enterprises. It forms a customized welding automation production control system model, relying on the existing welding work environment of the enterprise. By combining the requirements of welding automation with the characteristics of the enterprise's structured components, it provides an intelligent production management and control approach according to the production process that matches the enterprise's requirements. This serves as an example for the systematic management of intelligent welding systems in enterprises.
