SAR Image Stitching Method for M×N SAR Sub-images

In order to obtain SAR images with a wider field of view and higher resolution, it is often necessary to stitch image sequences taken from different perspectives within the same scene.This paper presents an image stitching method for M × N SAR sub-images. The method mainly consists of the following steps: sub-image registration, global optimization of sub-image offsets, antenna pattern inverse distortion processing, and seam blending of sub-images. This method can obtain SAR images with wider field of view and higher resolution.
