EIRP and TRP Radiated Measurement for Short Range Device Using EIRP Chamber

Many test labs use different methodologies for their measurement. This paper presents the measurement of a Short Range Device (SRD) for determining the Total Radiated Power (TRP) and equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP) using an EIRP Chamber of a laptop configured to transmit at approximately 16,5 dBm, focusing on measurement based on ETSI EN 300 440 testing methodology. The results show that the value of EIRP is 16.3524 dBm on average and consistent with the Equipment Under Test (EUT) configuration setup.
