Analysis of Techniques to Ensure Data Security and Employee Privacy in E-HRM Systems

This paper analyses the data security and privacy concerns in electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) systems, focusing on the challenges introduced by digitalization and how to deal with such issues.
