Analysis on the Malaria Parasite Identification and Detection in Color Images Using the Cascade Method

Malaria is the most well-known sickness of this century, but there are numerous other fatal illnesses that plague people all over the world and have done so for millennia. Malaria is caused by a microorganism called Plasmodium (P. vivax), not like other common viral diseases. Let's talk about the genus Plasmodium, which is an intracellular parasitic protozoon that is lethal to both vertebrates and invertebrates. For the parasite to finish its life cycle and obtain sufficient energy to harm the host cells in vertebrates, it needs hosts. These hosts are: 1) Liver cells 2) Hematologic cells. Therefore, we are using a technique called the Cascading method, which involves color image segmentation for Plasmodium Parasite detection, to detect the presence of the parasite before it causes serious damage to the liver and blood cells. This will not only help us confirm the existence of the parasite at the microscopic level but will also enable us to take action before the damage is critical.
