Vision-Based Automatic Constant Volume System for Volumetric Flasks

Aiming at the problems of cumbersome operation process, poor accuracy and low efficiency of manual volumetric flask constant volume in the process of chemical analysis, an automatic volumetric flask constant volume system based on machine vision is proposed. The vision-based volumetric flask calibration line recognition method and liquid level recognition method are designed, and the design and realization of the automatic volumetric flask setting system is completed by combining with the drip control device. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy and efficiency of constant volume, the absolute error of constant volume is within ±0.04 ml, 95.33% of which is within ±0.02 ml, and it can realize the automatic high-precision constant volume of volumetric flasks, which can meet the accuracy requirements of the actual test, and compared with manual constant volume, it improves the constant volume speed and saves manual operation, which has a good practical value.
