Model-Free Dynamic Event-Triggered Load Frequency Control for Multi-Area Interconnected Power Systems

This article studies the load frequency control problem for unknown interconnected multi-area power systems, where data dropouts occur in both forward and feedback channels. A dynamic linearization data model is established for these systems. Furthermore, a dynamic event-triggered mechanism is proposed to relieve the communication burden. An input-based data dropout compensation scheme is proposed to reduce the damage caused by random data dropouts on system stability. Finally, the validities of the above methods are verified through simulation studies.
