Delving into the Intricate Connection: Individual Perspectives and Bi-Virus Transmission

This paper examines the intricate interplay between individual perspectives and bi-virus transmission in a city or country. The model under consideration involves two competing viruses, where the transmission of these viruses is affected by individuals' perceptions of the epidemic, and the actual transmission of the viruses also influences those perceptions. Based on an opinion-dependent reproduction number, we conduct a thorough theoretical examination of the developed model, focusing on the stability of various equilibrium states.
