Implementation of TAM-Based Fundamental Analog and Arithmetic Operations Using DDCCTA

This paper presents the study and implementation of various fundamental analog and arithmetic operations like amplifiers, integrators, differentiators, adders, subtractors, and doublers using Differential Difference Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier (DDCCTA). These designs are important for analog signal processing applications, communication technologies, and other electronic circuits. The proposed designs are based on Trans-admittance Mode (TAM) and are characterized by high input and output impedances, which provide easy cascadability, this application enables the circuits to be smooth and effective performance. Also, all passive components are grounded, simplifying circuit designs and providing electronic tuning and accuracy in output signals. The transfer functions have been calculated and simulated on a Cadence Virtuoso at gpdk 180nm technology node. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed designs in real-world applications in modern electronics. This study demonstrates the utility of proposed designs for performing complex mathematical applications on various advanced technologies.
