Electromagnetic conduction interference analysis and soft switch suppression research of electric vehicle

In order to solve the problem of electromagnetic interference caused by high frequency and large capacity of electric vehicle power system, a new type of parallel resonant DC inverter topology is proposed, and its working principle is described. The source and propagation path of electromagnetic interference conducted by motor inverter system are analyzed, a control strategy that can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference is proposed, and an electromagnetic interference test scheme is designed. The EMI spectrum of hard switch and soft switch is compared. The test results show that soft switch technology and optimized control strategy can effectively reduce the electromagnetic interference of electric vehicle motor inverter system.
