Research on a New Method and Tool for Improving the Field Efficiency of Mechanical Characteristics Test of High Voltage Circuit Breaker

The mechanical characteristic test is an important means to evaluate the reliability of circuit breaker. By analyzing the test data and waveform, the tester can intuitively judge whether the electrical performance parameters of circuit breaker meet the requirements of the regulations. The mechanical characteristics test of circuit breaker includes opening and closing speed, opening and closing time and operating voltage of electromagnet, etc. The test wiring is complex and the wiring needs to be changed frequently, and at least $3 \sim 4$ person familiar with the circuit breaker test need to be put into each work. Under the background of shortening power outage time and improving maintenance project standards, the contradiction of low ergonomics is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to improve the efficiency of field operation and simplify the operation process, this paper introduces the terminal fastening device and semi-automatic phase selection device, and puts forward a method and tool to improve the field efficiency of mechanical characteristics test. The device has a good test effect, which can achieve 1~2 person to complete the mechanical characteristics test of circuit breaker independently, greatly reducing the labor cost, and has certain technical popularization value.
