Design and Implementation of Workflow-Based Performance Appraisal System for Electric Power Enterprises

With the deepening of the reform of the electric power system and the development of the electric power industry, the production and operation management of enterprises has put forward higher requirements for performance appraisal management. Through the establishment of the performance appraisal system, on the one hand, it can standardize the daily performance appraisal workflow of power enterprises and improve the efficiency of performance appraisal, and on the other hand, it can provide a basis for performance decision-making by senior leaders of enterprises and realize scientific decision-making of performance management. Based on the characteristics of production and operation of electric power enterprises, this paper designs a workflow-based performance appraisal system for electric power enterprises based on in-depth analysis of system functional requirements and technical requirements. The system uses key technologies such as workflow engine and workflow view to realize the automation of business processes, and improves the efficiency of enterprise performance appraisal through the design of functional modules such as system data collection, calculation and statistical analysis. After practical application verification, the system has good scalability and maintainability.
