Design Of High-speed Gamma-ray Acquisition System Based On FPGA

Spartan®6LXXilinx XA6SLX25-2FTG256Q as the control core, the system hardware mainly comprises a signal conditioning circuit, analog-to-digital conversion circuit (ADC), FPGA circuit, and communication circuit. This design adds a digital potentiometer, allocates I/O pins in FPGA, and adjusts the gain according to the collected data. The high-speed acquisition system designed according to this scheme has been applied to gamma-ray spectral logging instruments and other nuclear logging instruments, and efficient spectral data is obtained, which provides a guarantee for spectral analysis.
