Reliability Design of Plant Conrol System for Nuclear Power Plant

As the first level of instrumentation and control system defense-in-depth, the reliability of plant control system (PLS) is one of the most important factors affecting the economic target of nuclear power plant [1]. At the same time, from the point of view of probabilistic safety analysis, the reliable operation of PLS reduces the probability of transient and operational occurrences in the nuclear power plant, and to a certain extent, reduces the requirements related to the safety system of the nuclear power plant. Through the research on the availability analysis method of the PLS of nuclear power plants, the functional analysis method of the system is determined, and the external action reliability system and the internal structure reliability system of the system are clarified according to the results of the functional analysis. The results of the study are applied to the design of instrumentation and control system of new model nuclear power plant, and practical reliability requirements are proposed to provide a feasible way to improve the reliability design of PLS.
