Design and simulation of hydraulic self-driven flood control gate based on ANSYS

The traditional gate can not use the natural conditions to achieve flood control function, in the flood comes by relying on human operation, can not carry out timely flood control operation. This paper proposes a hydraulic self-drive flood control gate, which mainly includes hydraulic dynamic drive mechanism and hydraulic drive mechanism. Use SolidWorks 3 D modeling software to establish its 3 D model, with the overall length of 6.5 m, the width of 1.5 m and the height of 4.5 m. And the secondary protection function is realized through the hydraulic drive mechanism. The parameters of the gate are set, and the specific design parameters of the water tank and hydraulic cylinder are obtained through the theoretical analysis of the two mechanisms. Ansys simulation software is used for dynamic analysis and mode analysis, show that the maximum stress of the gate is 8.84 Mpa and the maximum deformation is 0.186 mm, which meets the requirements of gate design strength and stiffness of the gate. Mode analysis simulation results show that the minimum vibration frequency of the gate is 34.588 Hz, greater than the maximum pulse frequency of water flow is 20 Hz, which almost does not resonate with the flood.
