Calculation of deflection and dynamic simulation of single column stacker cranes

Single column stacker cranes can be combined with modern information technology to realize the connection and interaction with the logistics management system. Through real-time monitoring and data transmission, it provides supply chain visualization capability and realizes real-time mastery of information such as storage status, inventory and in/out situation. In the operation process of aisle-type single column stacker cranes, there are flexural deformations due to gravity, inertia force and other forces, in which the column is most affected by stress concentration and deflection, which forms the main obstacle to the improvement of reliability and safety of the stacker cranes. In this paper, the theoretical mechanics and material mechanics and other related theories are used to analyze the force on the column structure of single-column stacker cranes, calculate the flexural deformation of the column structure of stacker cranes in the most unfavorable situation, and use NX software to make a comparison of flexible body analysis, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis, and provides theoretical basis for the structural design of the stacker cranes.
