Design analysis and positioning accuracy test experiment of quick change device for end effector of osteotomy robot

The use of the end effector of the osteotomy robot can reduce the amount of labor of the doctor, eliminate the physiological tremor and surgical fatigue caused by the doctor ‘s long-term work, and reduce the risk of surgery. The clinical operation of osteotomy is complex, and the operation tasks are usually corresponding to the surgical tools. It is necessary to replace the surgical instruments frequently. The single-end operation equipment can no longer meet the needs of today ‘s clinical operation. In view of the above problems, this paper designs a tool device that can realize the rapid replacement of the end, and carries out simulation analysis and repeated positioning accuracy test experiments to verify whether the comprehensive performance of the end effector after the installation of the quick change device meets the index.
